UNDERSETTING (ROUND 2) INTRODUCTION

After two successful runs through the "Conceptual Program", I've decided to switch training protocols and undergo the "Undersetting Program" for a second time.  The my first experience with the "Undersetting Program" didn't produce significant results and I felt this was mainly due to my lack of technical proficiency with the classic lifts and the advanced level of training required to successfully exploit the program.

After successfully completing two cycles of the "Conceptual Program" with its focus on technique and positioning, I feel more confident with my form and proficiency under the barbell.  Therefore, I'm going to give this program another shot.

These programs are located at the Idaho Weightlifting Federation website.  For this second run, I've inputted the following 1RM:

117.5kg - Snatch
140kg - Clean and Jerk
175kg - Back Squat

As you may notice, my current snatch PR is 120kg; however, I wanted to exercise a little conservativeness in populating the spreadsheet for the snatches.  As for the clean and jerk, I upped the figure to 140kg, even though my current 1RM is 135kg.  I felt that I could have clean and jerked the higher number (140kg), if not for being exhausted from the snatches on my final day on the "Conceptual Program".
