* Notes:
- Missed at 107kg twice. Was pissed and waved back down to 97kg. Gradually worked back to 107kg and beyond clearing 110kg but unable to connect with 114kg.
- Clean and power jerks were sick today, not the best performance. Missed 123kg with a failed jerk and again at 123kg with a missed clean. 117kg was a clean miss which resulted in a near black out -- got really dizzy and had to take a knee.
- Still fighting the flu and spending a lot of time either on or in front of the toilet. Not good for weightlifting.
