- The workout today wasn't half bad. I was slightly winded when I first started but after a few sets, the reps seemed to get easier. At least, that's what I'm telling myself, because 125kg, 127.5kg, and 130kg wasn't overly taxing or challenging. This is a very good sign for bigger weights to come. I just need to trust in the process and my programming, by chipping away, one day at a time.
