* Notes:
- Slightly sluggish today with the mid block clean to squat jerk complex. The back squats went fairly well, topping off at 160kg for doubles. I need to work on getting faster under the bar and immediately establishing rock-solid stability in my shoulders and trunk. 73kg wasn't easy and I'm sure the heavy clean complex from yesterday had a huge influence on it.
