* Notes:
- The squats went swimmingly, the squat jerks sucked but I managed to knock out 137.5kg. I'm not sure how I did it because the catch was off, and I shifted significantly to the right to stablize the weight. Miracles do happen. A Christmas Miracle. Additionally, I'm starting to feel the effects of "man-flu". Getting stuffy, congested, and overall sluggish like I'm starting to fight off a cold. Great. Fuck!
