- Brutal workout. I omitted the clean complex at 127.5kg and 130kg and took a 25kg jump to 132.5kg. The first attempt was a bomb-out on the second clean, but I gathered myself and successfully completed the complex on the second attempt. It wasn't pretty by any means, but successful nonethless!
