- Travel day back to Kentucky.  I left at 0330 this morning so lifting is definitely out of the question, but I'm excited to get back home so I can ratchet down my diet, training, sleep and recovery.

- Additionally, I had a brain fart and completely forgot to do my front squats after yesterday's snatch session.  I was so focused on removing the hubs from the Uesaka bumpers and packing up the van for the trip back to Kentucky that I went blank and forgot my front squats.  I'm a weightlifting sinner!
