- Horrible workout today! Lately, I've been struggling with intensity and aggressiveness with my lifts, because I'm overly concerned about making too much noise and disrupting my neighbors when I drop the weights. It's literally killing me mentally, which (in turn) is destroying my physical performance. I'm hesitant to attack the heavier weights in apprehension of missing and ultimately dropping the weight and creating a loud earth shattering bang. FUCK ME!
