* Notes:

-  Squats felt rather heavy today, but I managed to knock out the prescribed sets and reps at 160kg.  Maybe, I did too much for a warm up leading to 160kg, or I'm just a giant pussy?  Probably the latter. Thankfully, the weight will drop as I start another 4 week cycle; however, the reps will increase -- booooo!
