* Notes:

- Up an additional 2.5kg from my last clean complex, so overall happy with today's performance.  I'm looking forward to putting some more kilos on the bar, even though, the complexes suck!  In addition, the box jumps went fairly well with a top height of 45".  Now it's time to enjoy carbnite.
