* Notes:

- As the weights get heavier the mental demands increase exponentially.  132.5kg was a gut check; however, it wasn't as difficult as I had anticipated.  I was surprised, but having a "can-do" attitude coupled with aggressiveness paid off well.  I just need to do the same with the upcoming 135kg, before dropping to singles.
