* Notes:
- My press is pathetic. I'm actually weaker today compared to Thursday when I could at least press 80kg for a single -- not today! As for the back squats, they were a little bit of a challenge and I think a more thorough warm up may be in order for the next session, as the garage temperature is dropping into the 50's with the arrival of fall. I suppose it's better than 90 degress and 100% humidity.
