* Notes:

- Physically abused from yesterday's training session with Mohammed Ehab.  My body felt like complete hell.  All the barbell complexes, along with the extreme stretching made me feel like I was trying to snatch from a vat of molasses.  Additionally, trying to implement the "new" technique acquired didn't pan well with a beat up body.  There were things that I wanted to do, but my body refused.  I guess, I'll just have to save it for another day.
