- Nightmare of a workout. The cold has settled in and I feel like shit. I should have took a day of rest as planned but decided to lift because tomorrow is Chirstmas. I'm an idiot. Not only did I shit away a perfectly good rest day, I botched it with a complete shit-storm of a workout. Additionally, I didn't even attempt to do my requiste front squats for the day. I'll try to get them done on Monday after I'm doing licking my wounds.
