* Notes:
- A very productive day on the platform and squat rack. Zero missed lifts up to 120kg; however, 125kg and 122.5kg were a serious mind trip. Plenty of height on the bar but not enough conviction to drop under. This needs to be addressed and corrected. My mental game is weak.
