- I successfully made my goal weight of 145kg for the clean complex. Now it's time to drop the weight down to 125-127.5kg and start knocking out triples again. Hopefully, the decrease in weight but uptick in volume with provide sufficient momentum to make bigger gains in the coming months. I'm looking to get up to 155kg.
