* Notes:

-  An abomination best describes today's snatch workout; however, I preservered and overcame a huge obstacle/milestone at 120kg.  Losing weight has definitely changed the leverages and subsequently the bar path of my lifts and it definitely showed with today's snatches.  I'm still learning.
