* Notes:

- Making small gains and progressing forward.  The paused front squat is close to my recent PR of 145kg, so I'm confident with adding a few more kilos in the coming weeks.  The clean recoveries were initially pretty damn terrible, but once I greased the groove, they moved fairly well.  Positioning definitely makes a movement easier or harder.
