- What a horrible day it was on the platform. I'm actually 2.5kg under my 115kg best, which happened over a month ago. Progress has stalled and I'm a little frustrated and tired today. Because of this, I decided to forego the back squats that were planned for the day, and do them tomorrow after I'm finished with my power cleans. I'm getting lazy and weak as hell.
