* Notes:

- A late afternoon workout that nearly wasn't done, because I felt like being a complete lazy shit.  However, instead of sitting on my dead ass, I decided to lift and it turned out fairly well.  I made a top weight of 130kg, which should have been more, but like I previously mentioned, I felt like being a complete lazy shit, so I'm content with 130kg.
