* Notes:

-  Not a bad day considering it's the start of a deload week.  I'm up 2.5kg from my most recent snatch deadlift + hang snatch of 115kg, so I'm thrilled for the increase; however, I was very close with 122.5kg and 120kg.  The failed attempts got me so damn frustrated, because the weight was there and I literally missed by millimeters!  For the life of me, I just couldn't time the second and third pull together to get the weight securely locked at the bottom of the reception.  I'll get it soon!
