- I did not want to workout today, and it's evidenced by the fact that I skipped the back squats that were prescribed for today.  Another evening of less than ideal sleep and a diet that's off my usual strict ketogenic regimen has taken it's toll; however, I still managed to (power) snatch 115kg.
