* Notes:

- Another day where I wanted to craw under a rock and go to sleep, but I forced myself to change over and get on the platform.  Today, my best snatch deadlift + hang snatch was 110kg, which wasn't half bad considering I wanted to be a complete lazy shit.  The back squats were rather challenging, indicating that I may be due for another rest day or more mobilization, possibly both.
