* Notes:

- Not the most productive day on the platform.  Higher weights above 120kg wasn't happening, and that's frustrating considering the deload went fairly well, so successfully lifting higher weights should (in theory) happen, but it's not.  Hopefully, things will turn around in the next couple days before I start the next 4 week cycle.
