- Not a bad on the platform. Made a successful snatch at 124kg, after an initial wave that bombed on 120kg. I foresee bigger numbers to come in the next two weeks. After tomorrows workout, I'll be set for a week long deload, which I hope will help give my body a little rest before I start ramping up again for the next cycle.
