* Notes:

- A very quick workout before heading north to Louisville to start carbnite.  I'm seriously dealing with a major case of lightheadedness when performing any variation of the clean and jerk.  I think it's mainly due to the ketogenic diet and the subsequent lack of electrolytes that's the root cause of my problem.  Regardless, I still managed to successfully power clean and split jerk 137.5kg.  Not bad all things considered.
