* Notes:
- I was expecting more from the high hang, around 115kg-120kg, but it wasn't in the cards today. After reviewing my records, my best at the hang was 110kg, which was done at a low hang. So, not a bad day on the platform with a 2.5kg increase along with having a shorter range of motion with the high hang.
