* Notes:
- Snatches went well even though I lost two lifts at 114kg and 120kg. Nevertheless, I made my second attempt with each weight, so I was pleased with my snatch performance.
- I strained the hell out of my back at during the jerk portion of the 125kg clean and jerk. I felt myself dip to quickly and the weight compressed my back causing immediate pain. I tried to push through by attempting 132kg but all these attempts were futile, because I couldn't even complete the clean.
- Thinking I could "walk it off", I tried to regain my composure and attempt the front squats for the day. Boy, way that a bad idea. It felt like someone had stabbed me in the back. I had to stop at 120kg.
