Snatch Grip RDL:

* Notes:

- A noteworthy day up until the final clean and power jerk at 130kg.  I had three failed attempts at 130kg which frustrated the hell out of me.  All due to a lack of aggression and drive to catch/receive the bar behind me.  After the third miss, I called it quits -- save it for another day.

- Front squats were easy considering the 130kg cleans I had just finished.
