* Notes:
- Slight breakdown in form in the clean and power jerks at 125kg. Two failed attempts brought about a moderate level of frustration, but I handled it well and successfully lifted 125kg in the third attempt. The front squats were a bit painful to finish as the 27.5kg jump was a little excessive.
