* Notes:
- Misses galore in the snatch today. Still suffering a little from the flu -- almost at 100%. Most of the misses were all forward with the exception of the miss at 113kg.
- The program called for presses, but I believe this to be a typo. So I modified the program and did clean and power jerks. Both misses in the clean and power jerk at 123kg involved a failed jerk. Terrible!
- Front squats were fairly easy leading up to 140kg. 140kg was a gut check.
