* Notes:

- As you can tell from the brevity of this workout - at least with the number of exercises -- and by the title, I decided to push for a new PR today in the snatch and forego any attempts in the clean and power jerk.  So, I pushed with the snatches and managed to nail a 124kg PR, although it took a lot of missed attempts to get there, I did succeed in establishing a decent PR.  I started missing at 117.5kg and it continued throughout till 122.5kg -- by this time, I was really tired and decided on one final attempt with 124kg.  Thankfully, I got it!
