* Notes:
- Disappointed and frustrated in the clean and jerks. Missed at 137.5kg which should have been a new PR. Instead, I focused to much on a successful lift and not enough on getting the damn lift done! Lesson learned but at a cost. Once I got to the front squats, I was tired and defeated.
