* Notes:
- Easy day on the platform. I decided to scrub the MSU Program and revert back to the Conceptual Program which has always produced great results. I did make a slight modification by executing a power snatch and hang power snatch complex, vice the prescribed power snatches alone. They were fun.
- Back squats were tough but manageable. Great workout!
