* Notes:

- Bomb out day in the snatch.  Nothing felt right.  The whole movement was completely off.  Not sure what the hell is wrong with me but this was a very frustrating day on the platform!

- The second half on the workout went exceptionally well, considering my recent clean and power jerks have been hell.  Made the whole workout without a miss until the last attempt at 128kg.  I was so mad at myself, but made the lift on a second attempt.

- I feel better and believe I've recovered from the flu.  Although, I'm not sure if I'm going to continue with this program.
