* Notes:
- I'm a little disappointed in myself for missing 95kg in the snatch. I was doing well and got to soft in the shoulders upon receiving the barbell. The next three attempts at 95kg were a breeze. Remainder of the workout went flawlessly -- still pissed about that damn snatch!
