Back Squat:

Press:

Snatch Grip RDL:
107.5 x 3/3/3 (work set)

* Notes:

- Easy day which is typical for a pull and back squat day.  Nothing too crazy, just sticking with the prescribed weights and moving forward in the program.  Looking forward to executing some classic lifts tomorrow.
