* Notes:
- I mentioned this before and my opinion hasn't changed, but having to ad lib with the warm up sets plays with my "oodle-loop". It gets into my head about whether I've done a sufficient warm up or too much. I'm trying to use the model laid out in the "Conceptual Program" before attempting my work sets and it seems to work well. Regardless, I still don't like this particular facet of the program.
- A 17.5kg jump from to 132.5kg in the back squat was murderous today, especially when the repetitions were prescribed at 5 for 2 sets. Holy-bitch! May have to adjust for next time -- smaller increase.
- Snatch grip RDLs weren't terribly bad but having to knock out an additional 2 repetitions started to take a toll at the 3rd set. I'm so out of shape!
