I managed to increase my snatch PR by 7.5kg during this past cycle and increase my clean and power jerk by 2.5kg. I'll take those numbers any day. The program is well though out and significantly addresses the needs of an intermediate weightlifter. It prioritizes technique and form, while providing a gradual increase in strength with supplemental movements (i.e. squats and pulls).
Would I recommend this program - you bet your ass I would. Download a program from the Idaho Weightlifting Federation and give it a shot. It will not disappoint and you'll be surprised when it takes your weightlifting to the next level! What more could I say but this program kicks ass!
