* Notes:
- Two PRs in the snatch today. The first was at 115kg, and that was after a miss at 107.5kg. I felt great afterwards so I decided to push towards 120kg. My first two attempts at 120kg were close but ended in a miss. I told myself if the third attempt resulted in a miss, I would walk away happy with the 115kg PR. Thankfully, I managed to snatch 120kg in the final attempt. It felt fucking awesome!
- The clean and power jerks resulted in another 2.5kg increase and a PR at 135kg. I had a miss at 132.5kg and it was due to having soft shoulders and not staying aggressive under the bar. However, after making some mental and physical adjustments, I was very pleased with my performance to successfully lift 135kg, which seemed effortless. You can view both my lifts below:
