* Notes:

- Considering the scheduling blunder, I decided to finish the week out with a "mock meet" instead of following the prescribed plan outlined in the "Undersetting Program".  The snatches felt great up until I got to 112.5kg.  For the life of me, I couldn't get through the third pull and lock myself underneath the weight.  It kept drifting forward, time and time again.  All my attempts at 120kg were fruitless and only caused more frustration.

- The clean and power jerks went better than the snatches.  I managed to nail 135kg but 140kg and 141kg were damn near impossible.  All of the cleans were made successfully at 140kg and 141kg; however, they weren't pretty and required a significant amount of energy and strength to complete.  I think the last 141kg clean nearly had me shitting my pants -- it was tough and mustering enough "umph" to jerk wasn't happening today.
