* Notes:
- Felt great today aside from the missed 120kg in the clean and power jerk. That was due to over-confidence/complacency. I need to treat each lift as if it were on the competition platform. Never settle for anything less!
- Notice the switch-a-roo with the back squats vice the typical front squats that are associated with the clean and jerk workouts? What's the deal? I'm confused?
