* Notes:
- Clean and power jerks were smooth as butter today, aside from the 132.5kg miss in the second attempt. That was another demonstration of my unwillingness to commit to drive myself under the barbell -- plus I was getting a little tired. Regardless, I made the lift on the third attempt.
- Rest of the workout was business as usual, nothing too exciting to report. Just another day on the platform!
