Clean Pull:

Front Squat:
70 x 3 (work set)
85 x 3
97.5 x 3
105 x 3
112.5 x 3/3

Clean Grip RDL:
125 x 5/5/5 (work set)

* Notes:

- Another successful deload day.  Clean and power jerks went smooth, the only issue for today was the clean grip RDLs for sets of 5.  I don't particularly care for the rep range.
