* Notes:

- All in all, a great workout -- even with the missed snatch at 112.5kg.  I made it up with two successful lifts at 112.5kg.  I'm still not a huge fan of the ad lib warm up -- as you can tell my warm up sets seem to get longer and longer.  One of the drawbacks to this particular program.

- Back squats weren't as difficult as expected.  I moved through them with a slight amount of added effort but nothing too terrible.

- Still not a fan of the sets of 5 for the RDLs.
