* Notes:

- Pull and squat only days are always welcome in my book.  Yet, the press felt like an unusual movement considering I haven't done many over the past month or so, and the few that I've done were heavy -- thus resulting in a jerk.  Nevertheless, it was nice to break a sweat and rip some weights from the platform.
