After the less than desirable results from the previous "Undersetting Program" published by the Idaho Weightlifting Federation website, I've decided to undertake the "Conceptual Program" for a third time. I am partial to this particular program because it has continuously delivered stellar results in a four week period. Therefore, without further rambling on my part, I've inputted the following PRs into the "Conceptual Program" spreadsheet to populate my workouts for the next four weeks:
117.5kg - Snatch
137.5kg - Clean and Jerk
180kg - Back Squat
I'll start posting immediately my daily results.
