2016JUN11 (REST) * DELOAD

Rest:

Vintage Eleiko Change Plates (Circa 1970's)

- Finally took a day off to rest and recouperate.  I rarely take naps, but today I took an overdue 1 hour nap in the middle of the day.  I definitely need this deload.
