Snatch Grip RDL:
110 x 3/3/3 (work set)

* Notes:

- Flawless day on the platform.  Felt quick and the turnover from the second to third pull felt "snappy" and crisp.

- Back squats were relatively easy with a little struggle with 145kg but manageable.

- Overall - a great workout.
