* Notes:
- Fairly good day on the platform and a triumphant day in the squat rack. I nearly got stapled in my second set of 180kg -- the last rep nearly had me shitting my pants but I somehow pulled through and made the lift. Surprisingly, the last set was the easiest of the three -- maybe I need to warm up more?
- The block clean and push press combination went well, and I adjusted the prescribed top weight of 97.5kg to 102.5kg -- making this day even more successful. Very pleased with today's lifts.
